When you contact us, you may choose to provide your name, telephone number, email address, property or project information, and other details relevant to your enquiry. If you use the upgrade visualiser, you also choose to provide a property image and visual preferences.
How we use information
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, prepare or discuss services, maintain internal records, improve our services and communicate with you about relevant work. LiveGrid NSW does not sell personal information.
Upgrade visualiser
Images and options submitted to the visualiser are sent to OpenAI to generate the requested concept. The website returns the result to your browser and does not intentionally retain the uploaded image or generated output. Do not upload images containing people, confidential documents or other sensitive information. OpenAI’s own privacy terms apply to its processing.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information from unauthorised access or disclosure. Website enquiries are sent to HighLevel so we can manage and respond to your request.
Cookies and website tracking
The visualiser uses an HTTP-only visitor cookie to help limit repeated requests. HighLevel’s external tracking technology records form submissions and may collect related page, referral, campaign, session and device information to help us understand where enquiries originate and manage our enquiry process.
Links to other websites
Location pages may link to councils, transport services and electricity network resources. LiveGrid NSW does not control those websites, and their own privacy policies apply after you leave this site.
